The installation interval SLA target is 30 calendar days for Business Ethernet Enterprise 1.0 Mbps and 2.5 Mbps, and 45 calendar days for 5.0 Mbps services.

Is Business Ethernet Enterprise subject to distance limitations?
Business Ethernet Enterprise service is provisioned on DS1 loops that provide the same speeds regardless of its distance from the central office. Covad Business Ethernet Enterprise is available in speeds of up to 1.0, 2.5, and 5.0 Mbps. Business Ethernet Enterprise 1.0 uses one DS1 loop, 2.5 Mbps uses two DS1 loops, and 5.0 Mbps uses four DS1 loops.
What hardware is required?
The Covad-provided hardware is a Samsung Ubigate iBG1000 router that comes with a one-year warranty. The Samsung iBG1000 will be pre-configured by Covad for DHCP, which means that when you plug your devices into it, your Covad IP addresses will automatically be assigned to those devices—no having to manually assign IPs.
