Basic set-up information for your Covad Standard DSL service

To complete the setup of your Standard DSL service, please insert the Covad-provided CD into your computer. The CD is affixed to the back page of the User Guide that was included in your installation kit. Once you have inserted the CD, the setup wizard will walk you through the necessary steps to complete the configuration. You will be prompted for your username and password during the configuration process. This is the information that you chose at the time you placed your order with Covad. If you cannot remember your username and password, please contact Customer Care at 888.64.COVAD. Please remember that you must enter your username in the form of "username@covad.net" to complete the setup.

If you cannot locate your CD, or if one was not included in your installation kit, you can download a copy by visiting the Software section of My Covad Account. Once you have downloaded the appropriate software (there is one for Windows and one for Macintosh), all you have to do is start the downloaded program and follow the instructions to complete the setup.
