Business DSL Plus & Business T1

Basic set-up information for your Covad Services

Right click on the Network Neighborhood Icon on your desktop and select Properties from the pop-up menu.



In the Network Window, under the Protocols tab, select TCP/IP Protocol and click Properties



If you are using DHCP:

1. Select Obtain an IP address automatically
2. Select Obtain DNS server address automatically
3. Click OK



If you are using a Static IP:

Select Specify an IP address. Enter your IP address, subnet mask and default gateway settings.



Under the DNS tab, specify your host name and domain. Enter your DNS servers' IP addresses by clicking the Add button and entering them into the DNS SErvice Search Order list.

Click here for your DNS server address

Click OK.



TCP/IP configuration is now complete.
